“ Nice restaurant, great service, but ridiculous prices! We came for a special birthday dinner and expected a fairly high bill, but this was beyond our imagination. The food was good, but cocktails were wa overpriced for what we got. My wife had a cocktail that cost $44, then they charged $2 for "rocks"! My Saphire cocktail was $20 and was the weakest I ever received at a premium restaurant. Kudos to Derek for great service, but I would be remiss to say this place was worth the price. If you're looking for conspicuous consumption, this could be the one for you, but there are many great steak houses in the Seattle area that don't gouge like STK. I'll be hard pressed to return or recommend them. Caveat Emptor! ”
“ We came here for Friday lunch and it wasn't too busy. We made a reservation but you can walk in as well. The restaurant has a nice interior, with nice lighting and ambiance. Our server was also really nice! After hearing about the wagyu burger weekday lunch deal, we had to come try! Burger and fries for only $9.99?! The complementary bread was so good.. honestly probably the highlight of the meal. Warm, soft on the inside, and paired with a delicious blue cheese butter spread that had subtle hints of garlic. Even though I'm not usually a fan of blue cheese, the flavor was mild and well-balanced. It was so good that we asked for a second round! The wagyu burger was solid. I ordered it medium-rare, and the patty was juicy and flavorful. The bun was toasted nicely, and overall, it had that satisfying, classic burger taste.. The only critique I have is the service was a bit slow. Every other item on the menu also seems to be way pricier than the wagyu burger.. ”

“ Went to STK Steakhouse for the first time today and it went pretty well. I ordered the Wagyu Jeff tacos for my appetizer, the Guava Berry Kiss for my cocktail, and the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. I went in wanting the Maple Rubbed Salmon but they ran out of this fish. And for dessert got the chocolate cake. The Wagyu tacos were pretty good. The Wagyu beef was soft and flavorful. The Guava Berry Kiss Cocktail was kid of strong for me. My sister who was with me ordered the Watermelon. Spiced Watermelon cocktail and it was a lot more refreshing than my drink. The miso glazed Chilean sea bass was pretty good. It was tender and the bok choy was nicely cooked. The chocolate cake was definitely the best part of the meal. It was rich and flavorful. Not too strong if a chocolate flavor while also being soft and fluffy. The service was pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful to us. It was kind of a long wait for us to get our food but it was packed when we went in for dinner. The ambiance of the steakhouse reminds me of a sports bar because we were placed at a table near the bar where they had tvs on with sports and tv playing in the background. Overall my experience here was pretty good. Highly recommend it if you are in the area. ”
